What is Kathartis(pronounced Kath-ar-tis)? According to Merriam Webster "purification or purgation of the emotions primarily through art". This is my philosophy and practise in my design work, both jewelry and digital art. I enjoy things that are tangible something that I can't get with digital art, although it is sometimes easier to express myself with the bright colors and images only digital art can afford.
